Who can take part

  • You are a mother and have been feeling down or depressed since giving birth.
  • You have a score between 11 and 18 on a standard depression quiz.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have regular access to the internet.
  • You do not have serious thoughts of harming yourself.
  • You can read and understand Danish.
  • You do not have current substance or alcohol problems, or a condition needing frequent hospital stays (like dialysis).
  • You do not have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or another psychotic disorder.
