Who can take part

  • You have a type of sarcoma called leiomyosarcoma or liposarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have had at least 1 but no more than 4 previous treatments for your sarcoma.
  • Your tumor can be seen and measured on an imaging scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You are 18 years or older and are in generally good health (able to do daily activities).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within a certain range, and you do not have untreated brain metastases.
