Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure (NYHA class I–III).
  • You are currently on peritoneal dialysis (a type of home dialysis).
  • You have chronic kidney disease (with a kidney function level below 60).
  • You have been on a stable dose of a water pill (furosemide or similar) for at least 14 days.
  • You have not been hospitalized for heart failure in the past month.
