Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and in intensive care for a bleeding brain aneurysm in the last 4 days.
- The aneurysm has been successfully fixed with either surgery or a minimally invasive procedure (coiling).
- You had a healthy daily life before the bleeding (no major disability).
- You are not pregnant, do not have severe organ disease (liver, kidney, lung, heart), and are not on blood thinners or other antiplatelet drugs.
- You do not have an allergy to cilostazol, and the bleeding was clearly seen on a CT scan (not just a spinal tap).
