  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a serious injury with major bleeding or suspected bleeding
  • Your condition meets a high-risk score for trauma-related bleeding problems
  • You do not have a known allergy to fibrinogen concentrate
  • You do not have only a head injury
  • You are not in cardiac arrest or needing CPR at the scene
  • You are not pregnant
