Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with MAFLD (fatty liver) using a special scan called FibroScan, with a CAP score of 263 or higher.
  • You are willing to take study supplements by mouth every day and keep a diary of when you take them.
  • You have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics in the past month.
  • You do not have hepatitis (B, C, or autoimmune), alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis, or liver cancer.
