Who can take part
- You have nasopharyngeal cancer that is locally advanced and linked to the Epstein-Barr virus.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment for this disease.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain limits.
- You agree to use effective birth control during and for 4 months after treatment (if applicable).
