- Your stroke was confirmed by a scan or doctor's report
- You have trouble walking (gait impairment)
- It has been at least 6 months since your stroke
- You do not have any metal implants in your spine
- You do not have major bone or joint problems
- You are able to communicate (verbally or non-verbally)
