  • Your stroke was confirmed by a scan or doctor's report
  • You have trouble walking (gait impairment)
  • It has been at least 6 months since your stroke
  • You do not have any metal implants in your spine
  • You do not have major bone or joint problems
  • You are able to communicate (verbally or non-verbally)
