Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 75 years old (women: 45–75, men: 40–75)
  • You have never taken statins or other cholesterol-lowering drugs
  • Your CT scan shows at least mild narrowing in a heart artery (>25%) with some plaque that is partly calcified or not calcified
  • Your FFR-CT value is 0.75 or higher (meaning no severe blockage)
  • You do not have diabetes, prior heart attack, or heart surgery
