Who can take part
- You must have completed both doses of the study drug in one of the earlier trials (APPROACH or EMBRACE).
- You must have stayed on the same antidepressant at the same dose throughout the earlier trial.
- You and your partner must use effective birth control during the study and for 12 weeks after the last dose.
- You cannot have developed new symptoms of schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders during the earlier trial.
- You cannot have had significant suicidal thoughts, suicide attempt, or self-harm during the earlier trial.
- You must not have had heart rhythm problems or ECG changes during the earlier trial.
