Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have one of the specific brain diseases this trial is studying: Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, multiple system atrophy, dementia with Lewy bodies, frontotemporal dementia, or ALS.
  • You must have a caregiver or stable support, especially for Alzheimer's or dementia with Lewy bodies.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with stem cell therapy or its particles.
  • You must be able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants or severe claustrophobia).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within safe ranges.
