Who can take part

  • You are 55 years or older.
  • You have a type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is considered high-risk (not APL).
  • You have already received a stem cell transplant from a donor.
  • Your leukemia was in complete remission (no signs of disease) right before your transplant.
  • You are able to take care of most of your daily activities (Karnofsky score of 60 or more).
