Predicting Response to Selinexor Treatment in Relapsed Multiple Myeloma

  • Cancer has come back or stopped responding after 2–4 prior treatment lines
  • Age 18 or older
  • Any side effects from previous chemotherapy have recovered to mild levels or baseline
  • Able to provide written consent and participate in follow-up visits and sample collection
  • No other active cancers or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease
