Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 59 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with a mood disorder (like bipolar disorder or major depression) and also have anxiety or stress.
  • You can read and write in Korean and fill out questionnaires on your own.
  • You are willing to attend weekly treatment sessions.
  • You do not have other major mental health conditions (like schizophrenia, substance use disorder, or OCD), recent suicidal thoughts, or certain medical issues (like heart disease, hearing loss, or a brain injury).
