  • You have bipolar I or bipolar II diagnosis
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your mood has been relatively stable for at least 3 months (no major episode)
  • You still have some depressive symptoms right now
  • Your bipolar mood-stabilizing medication dose has been steady for at least 3 months
