Study of YH42946 for advanced cancer with HER2 or EGFR changes

NSCLC (Non-small Cell Lung Cancer)Solid Tumor

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a new drug (YH42946) in people with advanced solid tumors that have specific changes in HER2 or EGFR genes and have stopped responding to standard therapies. The drug aims to target these genetic changes to slow or shrink the cancer. Participants will be monitored closely for safety and how well the drug works.
