Who can take part

  • You have a blood cancer (leukemia/lymphoma) or a solid tumor such as neuroblastoma, Ewing/rhabdomyosarcoma, or osteosarcoma
  • Your cancer is relapsed or resistant to standard treatments, or auto-transplant is not an option or would not likely help
  • A half-matched (haploidentical) donor is available
  • You have recovered from the side effects of prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation before starting
  • You have basic health/organ function limits (kidneys, liver, heart pumping) and can breathe without needing extra oxygen at rest
  • If you could become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test and agree to birth control; a guardian/patient can give consent
