Chemo and Immunotherapy with Different Radiation Types for Breast Cancer

HR+HER2- Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests giving chemotherapy, an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor), and different types of radiation before surgery for people with a common type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). The goal is to see which radiation plan works best to shrink tumors.

Chemo-immunotherapy plus radiation before breast cancer surgery

This trial tests giving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted radiation before surgery for a certain type of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative, with fast-growing cells). The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors more effectively before removal.

Chemo plus anlotinib and benmelstobart for HR+/HER2- breast cancer

This trial tests adding anlotinib (a targeted therapy) and benmelstobart (an immunotherapy) to standard chemotherapy before surgery for a specific type of breast cancer. It may help shrink tumors and improve outcomes for patients whose tumors have certain markers.

Chemo and immunotherapy for HR+ breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug toripalimab to chemotherapy before surgery helps women with a certain type of breast cancer (HR+, HER2-). It aims to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone.

NCT06914440Recruiting· Phase 2
Radiation and immunotherapy before surgery for HR+/HER2- breast cancer

This trial is testing a new treatment approach for patients with a certain type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). It combines radiation therapy with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug before the patient's main surgery, to see if it can shrink or eliminate the tumor more effectively.

SBRT with immunotherapy and chemo for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer

This trial tests whether combining targeted radiation (SBRT) with immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor) and chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread far. It aims to find a more effective treatment option.
