Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer (HCC) that has spread within the liver or to nearby areas, or has come back after other treatments
  • You are over 20 years old and weigh more than 66 pounds (30 kg)
  • You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A or up to B7) and your blood counts and kidney function meet specific levels
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test; all people must use effective birth control during and 90 days after treatment
