Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 74 years old
- Your head and neck cancer (mouth, throat, voice box) has spread or come back and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation
- Your tumor has at least a low level of PD-L1 protein (CPS score of 1 or higher)
- You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities without much help)
- You have not had chemotherapy for advanced head and neck cancer before (only chemo as part of earlier treatment more than 6 months ago is allowed)
- You have not had treatment with a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor before
