Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older, and you have squamous cell cancer in the mouth, throat, voice box, or lower throat area
  • Your cancer has come back or spread, and doctors don’t think surgery or radiation can control it
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans
  • Your tumor must be PD-L1 positive with CPS 1 or higher
  • You need to be well enough to do treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1) and expect to live at least 3 months
  • Your blood, liver, kidney, and clotting tests must meet safety limits, and you can’t have had blood transfusions within 14 days
