  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR L858R mutation.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after, or you can't take, standard treatments.
  • You are 18 years or older and in generally good health (able to care for yourself).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys) are working well enough.
  • You have not had certain other cancers or serious heart, lung, or bleeding problems recently.
