  • You are between 21 and 55 years old.
  • You are healthy and at low risk for heart problems during exercise testing.
  • You do not smoke or use tobacco, and have not quit within the last 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not take medications that affect your immune system, blood pressure, or heart, including ibuprofen or aspirin regularly.
