Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Your shoulders round forward, often from using a smartphone.
  • You have not had any shoulder injury or surgery in the past.
  • You do not have a curved spine (scoliosis) or a hunchback (kyphosis).
  • You are not currently receiving other medical treatment for your shoulder.
