Who can take part

  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is stage IIIA to IIIB (N2) and can be removed with surgery.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your tumor has either a MET exon 14 skipping mutation or MET amplification (confirmed by a genetic test).
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your lung function is good enough for surgery.
  • You have not had previous targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or other trial drugs for your lung cancer.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during and for at least 120 days after treatment (if applicable).
