Who can take part

  • You must have advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer that has been confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your tumor must have a specific gene change (called FGFR fusion, translocation, or activating mutation) found by a certified lab test.
  • You must have already tried at least one standard treatment for your cancer, and it either stopped working or caused side effects that made you stop.
  • You cannot have taken any other FGFR inhibitor drug before.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have no major issues with your eyes, calcium levels, or heart that would make the drug risky.
