Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older.
- You have advanced, recurring, or metastatic GI cancer that can’t be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor has FGFR1–3 changes found on lab testing (such as gene mutation, fusion, or extra copies).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after prior standard treatment.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that doctors can track on scans.
- You can do usual daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0 to 1) and have enough blood/organ function.
