Who can take part
- You have a HeartMate3 left ventricular assist device (LVAD) that was placed more than 3 months ago.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are currently taking aspirin and a vitamin K antagonist (VKA) blood thinner (like warfarin).
- You are not pregnant and use appropriate birth control if needed.
- You are not taking any other antiplatelet medicines (like clopidogrel) for other conditions.
