Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 65 years old.
  • You have epilepsy that does not respond to at least two medications and has been confirmed by advanced brain imaging to be linked to a specific area of your brain.
  • You have at least 3 disabling seizures per month.
  • You do not have any metal or electrical implants in your head or body (except a vagal nerve stimulator that has been stable for 3 months).
  • You are not pregnant, do not have certain other serious medical or psychiatric conditions, and can understand the study.
