Who can take part

  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with small amounts of disease still detected after at least one round of intensive chemotherapy.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your kidneys and liver are working well enough (kidney function ≥30 mL/min, liver tests within limits).
  • You have not had any other treatment for this minimal residual disease.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective contraception if needed.
