Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a myeloid cancer (like AML, MDS, MPN, or CMML) and had a stem cell transplant 30 to 120 days ago.
  • Your original cancer had a change in the IDH1 gene.
  • Your blood counts are recovering well after transplant, without needing daily growth factor shots or platelet transfusions.
  • You are in remission (bone marrow blasts less than 5%) and are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are generally active (ECOG 0, 1, or 2) and your kidneys and liver are working well enough.
  • You do not have uncontrolled infections, significant graft-versus-host disease, or other serious health problems that would make the study unsafe.
