Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with a cancer that has an IDH1 mutation (like acute myeloid leukemia, colorectal cancer, or glioma).
  • You should be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your liver and kidney function must meet specific lab test values.
  • You must not have had olutasidenib within 2 weeks of starting the study.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use effective birth control if applicable.
  • You must not smoke actively or drink alcohol within 72 hours of starting the study.
