Who can take part
- You have a HER2-positive solid tumor that is advanced or has spread, and standard treatments are no longer working.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and is at least 1 cm in size.
- Your cancer has not gotten better after prior treatments and you have not had certain other cancer treatments within the last 28 days.
- You do not have untreated or unstable brain metastases.
- You have adequate organ function (like kidney, liver, and blood counts) as determined by blood tests.
