Who can take part

  • You identify as transmasculine or gender diverse (for example, transgender man, non-binary, or another gender not female).
  • You were assigned female at birth.
  • You are between 12 and 20 years old.
  • You plan to start testosterone therapy within the next 6 months.
  • If you are on a puberty blocker, you have been taking it for at least 3 months.
  • You do not have certain medical conditions (like PCOS, Turner syndrome, or uncontrolled thyroid problems) and can have an MRI.
