Safety and effectiveness of TZ-161 for spinal cord injury

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your spinal cord injury is in the chest area (between T1 and T12) and happened from a single hard hit or bruise.
  • Your injury is rated AIS B, C, or D, and you have limited movement in at least one leg muscle.
  • You can receive the study drug within 24 hours of your injury.
  • You are willing and able to give consent and follow the study rules.
