Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a spinal cord injury at neck level (C2 to T1) that happened more than a year ago.
- You have some movement but not full strength in your arms or hands.
- You can breathe on your own without a ventilator.
- You do not have any untreated medical problems like infections, pressure sores, or unstable diabetes.
- You have a plan in place to manage autonomic dysreflexia (a sudden rise in blood pressure) if it happens.
