Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed advanced solid tumor or lymphoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one standard treatment, or you cannot have standard therapy.
  • You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1, or similar for teens).
  • You have measurable tumors that can be seen on a CT scan or MRI.
  • You have not taken another drug like REC-1245 that targets RBM39.
  • You do not have a significant digestive problem that affects how your body absorbs medicine.
