Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are scheduled for ACDF surgery for “degenerative” neck problems (one to three levels).
- You have never had surgery on your neck spine before.
- Your surgery will not be performed at the C2–3 level (the uppermost neck area).
- There is no cancer or infection in your neck, and no neck injury causing the problem.
- Your study records/data will be complete and usable.
