Who can take part

  • You must be 40 years old or older.
  • You have a type of heart failure called HFpEF, where your heart pumps normally but doesn't fill with blood properly.
  • You either had a recent worsening of heart failure (hospital stay or urgent IV treatment) or have ongoing shortness of breath with certain signs (like high blood test results or abnormal heart imaging).
  • You are on stable heart failure medications for at least 30 days.
  • Your average heart rate is at least 5 beats per minute slower than a calculated target rate.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, ICD, or CRT device already implanted, and you are not pregnant.
