- You are 13 years old or older.
- You completed the earlier APG-20 study and followed the rules through its 12-month check.
- If you can get pregnant, you must use very effective birth control (like an IUD or implant plus a barrier method) during the study and for 4 weeks after.
- If you are a man, you must use a condom or not have sex during the study and for 4 weeks after, or your partner must use effective birth control.
- You agree not to donate blood, eggs, or sperm during the study and for 4 weeks after.
