Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older with lipodystrophy (not caused by HIV).
- Your lipodystrophy is generalized or partial, diagnosed by a clinician.
- You have had at least one pregnancy.
- If you are enrolling a child: the child is at least 1 month old, and the mother took metreleptin during pregnancy.
- You can provide a blood sample (or there is already a saved blood sample) and you can consent to participate.
