Who can take part
- You must have been in the BASECAMP-1 study and your tumor must show loss of the HLA-A*02 marker.
- You must have a solid tumor (such as colorectal, lung, head and neck, breast, or kidney cancer) that tests positive for EGFR and has measurable disease on CT scan.
- You must have already tried at least one prior therapy for your cancer type.
- You must be in generally good health with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to care for yourself) and an expected survival of at least 3 months.
- You cannot have had a prior stem cell or organ transplant, or certain heart or lung conditions within the last 6 months to 1 year.
- You must agree to use birth control if you are of childbearing age, from the time you join the study until 6 months after receiving the therapy.
