Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed solid cancer (like colorectal, lung, or pancreatic) that has spread, cannot be fully removed, or is at high risk to come back within 2 years
  • Your blood test shows you are HLA-A*02 heterozygous (you carry both an HLA-A*02 form and a different form)
  • Your tumor tissue test shows loss of HLA-A*02 (checked by next-generation sequencing/NGS)
  • You are well enough for daily life activities (ECOG 0–1)
  • You have not had other cancer in the past 5 years (some skin or early-stage exceptions may apply)
  • You have not had a prior stem cell transplant (allogeneic) or a prior organ transplant
