Who can take part

  • You must already be enrolled in the BASECAMP-1 study and have tumor tissue that shows you've lost a specific marker called HLA-A*02
  • You have a type of solid tumor (like colorectal, lung, pancreatic, ovarian, or mesothelioma) that tests positive for mesothelin
  • You have at least one tumor that is 1 cm or larger on a CT scan
  • You've already tried standard treatments for your cancer, but they no longer work or you couldn't handle them
  • You feel well enough to be up and active (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your organs are working well
