Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are on a breathing machine (mechanical ventilation)
  • You have a tracheostomy placed because you needed a breathing machine for a long time
  • You are awake and able to follow instructions (Glasgow Coma Scale more than 11 points)
  • You can cooperate with simple tasks (score of more than 3 on a cooperation scale)
