Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a kidney biopsy confirming IgA nephropathy or primary membranous nephropathy.
- For IgA nephropathy: your urine protein is at least 0.5g/gCr and your kidney function (eGFR) is between 20 and 60 mL/min/1.73m².
- For membranous nephropathy: you have medium or high risk disease that hasn't improved after 6 months of standard treatments (like CNI or rituximab).
- Your heart, liver, and blood clotting are within acceptable ranges.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during the trial.
