Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your kidney disease must be IgA nephropathy, confirmed by a kidney biopsy.
  • You must be on a stable, maximum tolerated dose of ACE inhibitor or ARB (blood pressure medicines) for at least 12 weeks.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) must be 30 or higher (moderate or better).
  • You must have significant protein in your urine (at least 1 gram per day).
