Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 85 years old.
  • You have a spinal cord injury (neck or upper back) that happened at least 6 months ago.
  • Your injury level is in the neck or upper back (cervical or thoracic).
  • You have some movement and feeling below your injury (ASIA grade A, B, C, or D).
  • You can move your arms enough to do resistance exercise and can straighten your elbows against light resistance.
