  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your AML has come back after treatment or hasn't responded to standard therapy.
  • Your leukemia cells have a protein called CD123 (your doctor can confirm this).
  • You do not have an active serious infection (like hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control for one year after treatment.
