  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have AML that has stopped responding to at least one round of standard treatments.
  • Your AML cells have a specific marker called CD123 at a level of 20% or more.
  • You have a healthy donor willing to donate blood cells for this therapy.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain uncontrolled infections or heart conditions.
